Bernardo Bertoldi

Vice Chairman

He is a Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Turin and at ESCP Business School (London and Turin campuses). Following his PhD in Corporate Finance, his research has focused on entrepreneurship and family businesses. In 2007, he completed the EECPCL (European Entrepreneurship Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning) at Harvard Business School.

He is a member of the CIFE (Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise), founded by Professor John Davis of Harvard Business School, with whom he has collaborated on research and publications for many years. His academic research and extensive field experience have allowed him to advise and support numerous prominent families within European Family Capitalism.

He is a contributor to Il Sole 24 Ore, writing on family business dynamics and the automotive industry.

Regarding his teaching activities, he lectures at the Turin Faculty of Economics (covering Family Business Strategy and Competitive Analysis II for the Master’s degree, and Corporate Finance for the MBA) and at ESCP Business School (teaching Foundations of Finance and The Entrepreneurial Manager for the Master in Management, and Family Business and Entrepreneurship for the MBA).

He is a co-founder of 3H Partners, a management consulting firm with offices in Italy, the UK, France, and the USA. Additionally, he serves as Vice President of Club degli Investitori, Italy’s leading business angel network, and sits on the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors for both listed and private companies.
